Getting started with RocketCheckout

RocketCheckout launch starts with a merchant workspace, one or more stores, and a source connection. The goal is to get real storefront events, order events, recovery events, and signal delivery data flowing before you rely on the dashboard for operating decisions.

First steps

• Create or sign in to your RocketCheckout account
• Add the merchant store from the app store setup flow
• Confirm platform, store URL, currency, and plan
• Connect the platform app, plugin, module, or SDK path for that store
• Wait for the source connection to report activity before judging charts

What appears first

• Source connection status updates after connector heartbeat or real SDK activity
• Performance samples appear after storefront traffic loads the telemetry SDK
• Checkout testing visitors appear after checkout sessions are observed
• Recovery data appears after checkout/contact capture and recovery events exist
• SEO data may take a while because external crawl and ranking sources are slower than storefront telemetry

Good launch check

Open the store workspace, visit Analytics, Performance, Signals, Recovery, SEO, and Checkout Testing. Each page should either show a loading state, a clear connection requirement, or real data. If a page shows stale or mismatched store data after switching stores, refresh the source connection and verify the selected store in the sidebar.
