RocketCheckout plans are aligned to rollout scope, dashboard depth, time range access, billing structure, and support depth.

Plan summary

  • Starter: billed per store for checkout optimization core, baseline support, and time ranges up to 30 days
  • Growth: billed per store and adds server-side purchase forwarding, destination support, emergency coverage, and time ranges up to 90 days
  • Scale: billed per store and adds advanced routing, signal quality operations, and time ranges up to 6 months
  • Enterprise: custom multi-store pricing for merchants that want consolidated terms, deeper operational support, and year-plus reporting where enabled

Done-for-you setup

RocketCheckout can configure tracking, recovery, and signal quality for merchants after subscription. Starter has done-for-you setup available, Growth receives discounted setup, and Scale includes setup.

Billing basics

  • Organizations are the business workspace for a merchant account
  • Stores sit under that organization and can be managed by the same team
  • Starter, Growth, and Scale are purchased per store
  • Enterprise can cover multiple stores under a custom agreement
  • Upgrade when the rollout needs more routing scope or support depth
  • Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle unless otherwise agreed
  • Yearly billing is available where offered at checkout
  • Contact support for account-specific billing questions
